Quantum Boats are specialists in building 40 foot catamarans expressly for discerning buyers. They only build a select number of boats each year, with their priority set in meeting their client's requirements by delivering the very best configuration and quality of manufacture.
Quantum Catamarans are designed and manufactured in New Zealand primarily for the American and International markets. Our designs and manufacturing philosophy reflect the tough seafaring attitude of New Zealand's pioneering heritage, where "Kiwi ingenuity" often translates to cutting edge technological innovation. Quantum Power Catamarans answered the call in the demand for larger sized recreational craft, based on numerous requests fielded during international boat shows. After considering various options, they developed the Quantum 4000 series of power catamarans. These production 40 foot catamarans are suited for the sports fishing market - supplemented by excellent cruising capabilities. Home base is located in Tauranga, a progressive port city in the Bay of Plenty Region. The international port of Tauranga is used extensively for New Zealand's agricultural, horticultural and forestry exports making the facility highly efficient with an excellent growth record. This makes a location ideal for shipping our catamarans to destinations all around the world. Just released are the new generation 4000 catamarans incorporating new advances in hull design and capacity. We have 2 production models in this 40 foot (12 meter) class which are carefully designed around the requirements of our customers. The Quantum policy is that boats are made to suit their owners, rather than the other way around. We meticulously reevaluate every construction and design detail in our production catamarans so that clients can achieve a near "customized" product. |
